Malia Cleaning Services performs each routine from cleaning top to bottom. I finish each project in a timely manner and with the highest level of quality. With a focus on personalized service and customer satisfaction, I am always striving to meet and exceed expectations.
I have serviced roughly 100 homes, but unfortunately when the COVID-19 pandemic hit many of my regular (weekly/bi-weekly/bi-monthly) clients were no longer interested. I do have the ability to use hydrogen peroxide base cleaners and disinfectants to assist in properly disinfecting and sanitizing homes.
My prices are determined by the square footage and can be negotiated.

DEEP CLEAN ROUTINE
this routine starts with giving the home a deep clean within the first two cleans. the first clean, I deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms and thoroughly clean the rest of the home. on the second clean, I deep clean the bedrooms and living room and thoroughly clean the kitchen and bathrooms. with the preference of the client, a weekly/ bi-weekly/ or bi-monthly cleaning follows and maintains a thorough clean throughout the home.
HOME ORGANIZATION
This service is balancing many tasks effectively and little by little. Organization within a home is important to avoid unnecessary stressing / projects from piling up. Items have more potential getting lost if the home is cluttered or unorganized. Honestly, a nice and organized home reduces stress because you are less worried where an item is because each item will have a specific place that it stays.
This service is offered by special request or when a special project is needed. For example, moving in / moving out, packing, or if you simply just need help de-cluttering your home.
CLOSET ORGANIZATION
professional assistance sorting through clothes to keep / donate / throw out.
take any needed dry cleaning and / or clothes to be tailored.
from top to bottom, organize all items in closet.
